Krisitʻs medium of choice is Acrylic paint with traditional paintings.  Her style reflects the vibrant colors, light and unique culture and landscape of Hawaii throughout her work.

"I love to explore new styles and mediums within my children's book illustrations."  As a young artist she started working with watercolor but then changed to acrylic paint medium to convey the bright vibrant colors she desired in her storytelling.  Recently she has enjoyed exploring her style within the computer art applications.

"I love the simple pleasure of a satisfying black line."  Working with different thickness provides many different attributes to a fun design.  She enjoys  the challenge of working with clients on a new logo or design and combining her love for illustration with a simple line challenges her to stay true to her style while reflecting the clients needs.
